SUPPORT GREEN ORCHARDS
|

Green Orchards will travel to Panyagor and Duk in March 2009 to
lay the foundation for our Farms. We will begin by digging
water wells to provide fresh water to the thousands of people in
the areas. Here's how you can help.
Organize a WILL WORK FOR WATER day with your
employer, family, friends and/or co-workers where each of you
donate a days wages to help us provide water wells for our
Southern Sudan communities of Panyagor and Duk. Choose
your day and go to work with pride, knowing that your labors on that
day will not be in vain.

WILL WORK FOR WATER
This photo was taken December 4, 2008 as
children collect potentially diseased water from a well.
Many women and children in Southern Sudan walk hours each
way just to get water. Worldwide, preventable water related
diseases kill one child every 15 seconds. That's 10,000
every day (and that's just the children). Imagine if that
many precious children were dying in the United States.
Unimaginable! Now imagine that you can help

SOW A SEED
Your $25 financial seed will help us plant
seeds on the Pan de Diing and Pan de Duk Farms. Sow as many $25
Seeds as you'd like. The Farms will literally reap what you
sow! The more you sow, the more we will reap together!

FARM AN ACRE
Our Farms consist of 100 acres of land for
growing food. We need 100 donors to commit to donating
$1,000 for the farming of an acre of land for our 2010 harvest.
Your donation will go toward worker costs for clearing and
preparing the land, planting seed and harvesting the crop.
Your Farm an Acre donation will make a big difference in
the lives of the people of Panyagor and Duk. Each acre
will be marked with your name and you will also receive crop
reports during the year. We have 100 acres of land to farm
with land available to expand as your donations allow.
Please farm as many acres as you can!
